This opportunity is:

Location: Kapiolani Medical Center, HI

Status: Full-time

Hours/Days: TBD

Hourly base pay:

MLT Base pay rate: $25.44– $27.98 hourly shift differentia eligible

MT Base pay rate: $34.50 to $37.95 hourly shift differential eligible

Sign-On Bonus/Relocation Available

In this role, you will:

• Able to perform all the essential job duties of a Medical Technologist
• Analyze, review, and report testing results
• Recognize when corrective action is needed and implement effective solutions
• Work in a fast-paced laboratory environment with biological and chemical hazards
• Champion safety, compliance, and quality control

All you need is:

• Associates degree in medical technology or related science from an accredited program
• Current certification such as ASCP, NCA, HEW, AMT or equivalent
• Strong reading, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to operate general laboratory equipment, including but not limited to: telephones, computers, automated analyzers, centrifuges, microscopes, manual and automated pipettes, and audible alarms
