Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Meal Delivery Aide for PHX Seniors (DV) at Selrico Services Inc. This is a part-time, hourly position in the hospitality/restaurant industry, located in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Meal Delivery Aide, you will play a critical role in ensuring the meals are delivered to seniors in timely and efficient manner, while also providing exceptional customer service. This is an individual contributor role, working alongside a team dedicated to improving the lives of seniors in our community. Compensation & Benefits: As a Meal Delivery Aide, you will receive a competitive compensation of $15 per hour, paid weekly. • Deliver meals to assigned seniors in a timely and efficient manner.
• Conduct delivery route preparation and mapping to ensure efficient delivery of meals.
• Provide friendly and compassionate customer service to seniors.
• Notify supervisor of any feedback or concerns reported by seniors.
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of company vehicle used for deliveries.
• Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
• Assist with packing and labeling of meals as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless meal delivery operations.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in a customer service or hospitality/restaurant role preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record with no violations within 7 years.
• Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
