About the Role

A senior-level Maximo Developer is needed to support a major enterprise environment focused on delivering high-quality technology solutions for internal business partners. This role plays a key part in designing, developing, implementing, configuring, and maintaining Maximo EAM and related applications. Youll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve complex business challenges and drive improvements in enterprise asset management capabilities.

What Youll Do

• Architect, design, develop, and implement IBM Maximo Application Suite solutions to support complex business requirements
• Perform development, system administration, and troubleshooting within IBM Maximo (Manage) and Maximo Mobile
• Build and maintain integrations using the Maximo Integration Framework
• Develop Maximo reports using BIRT reporting tools
• Gather and document user requirements, technical specifications, and functional needs
• Maintain existing software programs and provide tier 3 support for application issues
• Plan and manage your workload autonomously while contributing to broader team initiatives
• Stay current with emerging technologies and assist the team with onboarding new tools or features

Minimum Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience developing and coding software applications (a relevant degree may substitute for some experience)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Maximo Mobile Framework, Spatial, Service Provider, Scheduler, and Monitor
• Hands-on experience with Automation Scripts and OSLC REST APIs
• Strong understanding of IBM Maximo 7.x and MAS configuration, including MIF, BIRT, and Migration Manager
• Programming experience with Java, Python or Jython, and JavaScript
