Job Description
As a Master Electrician , you'll oversee complex residential and commercial electrical projects—installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting systems while ensuring compliance with code and safety standards. You’ll also mentor other electricians and serve as our license-holder for contracting purposes.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning, installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems across HVAC, plumbing, and electrical projects.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams.
Ensure code compliance, conduct system inspections, and execute safety protocols.
Mentor journeymen and apprentices, guiding them through technical and safety practices.
Coordinate with other trades, manage job schedules, and oversee material requisitions.
Represent All‐In‐One in client meetings, maintaining professionalism and clear communication.
Keep detailed records, prepare progress reports, and uphold project budgets and timelines.
Requirements
Master Electrician license in Colorado (required) — must previously hold a filing License as Contractor's Responsible Master or be employed by the company.
Minimum of 7 years experience , including advanced planning, layout, and supervisory work.
Familiarity with Colorado’s Master Electrician licensing pathways:
Electrical engineering degree + 2,000 apprentice hours, OR
Trade school degree + 8,000 hours experience, OR
2,000 hours experience including planning and supervision.
Proficiency in the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Colorado licensing standards.
OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Pay is negotiable - depending on skills and certifications!
