Position Overview: We’re seeking a highly creative, strategic, and driven Content Marketing Manager to lead our content, social media, and brand marketing initiatives. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing a cohesive content strategy that drives engagement, brand awareness, and customer loyalty. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role requires a sharp eye for design and storytelling, a deep understanding of fashion and lifestyle marketing, and the ability to translate our brand vision into impactful content across platforms. You’ll manage all aspects of content creation, social media management, brand partnerships, photoshoots, and marketing campaigns—while leading and growing our in-house and freelance marketing team. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a high-impact content strategy across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.) Oversee the creation of on-brand, engaging content that reflects our brand voice and aesthetic—across photo, video, and copy Lead content calendar planning, ensuring alignment with product launches, campaigns, and seasonal initiatives Write and edit compelling captions, emails, and marketing materials that drive engagement and conversion Social Media Management Manage and grow all social media accounts, including daily posting, community engagement, and analytics reporting Identify trends, insights, and opportunities to expand our social media reach and deepen customer connection Own the strategy for influencer outreach and brand collaborations, ensuring alignment with our brand values and aesthetic Brand Strategy & Campaign Development Shape the overall brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across channels Develop and present innovative marketing strategies and campaign ideas to leadership Translate high-level business goals into actionable marketing initiatives that drive awareness, growth, and customer loyalty Spearhead and direct all photoshoots, from conception to execution (includes casting, location scouting, creation of shot lists, and production) Ensure all content produced aligns with brand guidelines and elevates our visual identity Partnerships & Collaborations Identify, negotiate, and execute strategic brand partnerships that enhance brand equity and expand reach Manage influencer and affiliate programs to ensure impactful and authentic collaborations Manage and mentor our marketing team (in-house and freelance), providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative environment Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring efficient execution and high-quality deliverables Analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and report on KPIs to the CEO You Are: A creative thinker with a deep passion for fashion, storytelling, and brand-building A strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects with ease Insightful, data-driven, and always looking for ways to innovate and improve Highly visual, with a strong eye for design, aesthetics, and photography Highly creative! Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in content marketing, brand strategy, and social media management, preferably in fashion or lifestyle Expert in Adobe Suite programs such as Illustrator and Photoshop, as well as Canva or Figma Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns Experience managing creative teams and working cross-functionally Strong writing and communication skills; comfortable presenting ideas to leadership Proficiency in social media platforms, analytics tools, and project management software Experience leading photoshoots and directing creative production Knowledge of influencer marketing, partnerships, and PR a plus Compensation: The base salary for this position falls between $60,000-$75,000 based on experience and qualifications How to Apply: Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your qualifications and experience to the provided link and to adi@ellsworthandivey.com to be considered.
