FUJIFILM Cellular Dynamics, Inc (FCDI) is recruiting for a Marketing and Communications Specialist.

This position has responsibility for supporting the implementation of technical and tactical aspects of the global marketing strategy, which consists of campaign execution, web support and demand generation. This exciting role will partner with the commercial organization by providing direct marketing support to drive lead generation, revenue opportunities, and corporate branding. As a valued member of the team, the responsibilities for this position are to build and develop the technical marketing content to support the overall global marketing strategy and plans and to support the go-to-market strategy for new product launches to drive demand generation, new contacts and empower the Discovery Research commercial team.

This is a hybrid position located in Madison, WI.

FCDI is a leading developer and supplier of human cells used in drug discovery, toxicity testing, stem cell banking, and cell therapy development. Essential Job Functions

• Develop compelling content assets to drive lead-generation and brand awareness through collaboration with the Product Management and Customs.
• Edit, proofread, and improve writer contributions to be used in sales sheets, brochures, postcards, website, and other marketing materials.
• Support the e-marketing programs (i.e., social media, website content, blast emails, etc.) to strengthen the lead and opportunity pipeline.
• Draft and pitch social media and new web content.
• Support the creation of digital and print-ready artwork as needed, including the original packaging, product catalogs, presentations, and technical specs.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of exhibits at conferences to promote the organization and its product/services.
• Maintain branding guidelines to ensure branding consistency.
• Other job functions as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field. Equivalent qualifications will be considered.
• Minimum of 3 years Marketing experience; experience in life or physical sciences is an advantage, especially in stem cell biology.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills especially for large audiences.
• Ability to multitask efficiently, work with a team and independently, and be self-motivated. This position requires independent thinking and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with planning of multi-channel marketing campaign.
• Creative, organized, and detail oriented.
• Experience with SEO strategy and tactics.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
• Experience in content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress and eCommerce (Magento), desirable.
