CRST’s Home Solutions - Installs division provides delivery and installation of products that require skilled labor or trade-licensed technicians. From delivery to installation and assembly, demand for these services has grown significantly. Home Solutions is proud to work with retail and client partners to provide convenient solutions for consumers.

Location: Candidate needs to reside within the Portland, OR market. Will work from home as well as travel within market a few times a month.

Compensation: $67,725-$117,210 is the starting range (Pay Bi-Weekly) *A final amount is dependent on factors including prior relevant experience, knowledge, and location. Typically, selected candidates are hired at a rate between the minimum and midpoint of the range.

This position will be eligible for an Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) with a target payout of 10% of annual base salary.

Job Summary: The management, coordination, and execution of operations that take place outside within a customer site or warehouse. Field operations professionals play a critical role in overseeing and ensuring the smooth functioning of various activities and projects in the field. All while managing compliance with CRST regulations and ensuring that customers are providing excellent customer service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Primary contact for clients and customers within the defined geographic region, including escalations, installation questions, or emergency requests
  • Lead in service company assignments
  • Primary contact in accountability to cost and quality performance within the geographic region
  • Regular presence at Dock load outs, present for store load outs as available
  • Perform other duties as assigned
