Floyd Lee Locums is seeking a CRNA Anesthesia for a locum tenens job in Plattsburgh, New York.

• Position: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)
• Coverage Type: Full-Time Locum Tenens
• Start Date: April 1, 2026
• End Date: December 31, 2026
• Schedule:
  • Four days per week: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • Schedule options: Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday
  • No weekends or holidays
  • No call required

• Anticipated Procedures per Week: 4–6 cases per day (depending on specialty and case duration)
  • 10–12 cases/day if assigned to GI Endoscopy
• Specialties Covered:
  • Orthopedics
  • ENT
  • General Surgery
  • Gynecology
  • Plastics
  • Podiatry
  • GI Endoscopy
• OB Coverage: None (except potential C-section assistance with anesthesiologist spinal or epidural)
• Supervision Model: CRNAs are supervised by anesthesiologists
• EMR: Epic

• Case Volume: 4–6 daily (up to 12 in GI Endo)
• Patient Population: Adult (no pediatrics required)
• Environment: Collaborative anesthesia care team
• Procedures Required: General anesthesia; anesthesiologists perform all blocks

• Active New York License (required)
• NBCRNA Certification (required)
• BLS/ACLS (required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience
• Clean background and credentialing file
• Must be comfortable in a team anesthesia model
