We are seeking a reliable and skilled Local Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various types of truck driving, including flatbed, tanker, and dump truck operations. This role involves delivering goods to local destinations while ensuring safety and compliance with all transportation regulations. The Local Driver will be responsible for loading and unloading cargo, maintaining the vehicle, and providing excellent customer service during deliveries.

Responsibilities
- Operate various types of commercial vehicles, including flatbed trucks, tractor-trailers, tankers, and dump trucks.
- Load and unload cargo efficiently and safely.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Navigate local routes effectively to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of hours worked and mileage driven.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while driving.
- Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries by communicating effectively with clients.
- Assist with any necessary paperwork related to deliveries.

Our Local Pick Up and Delivery Drivers are the face of our company and vital to our customer relations, they are responsible for ensuring that our customers' freight is delivered on time and damage free. Qualifications:

• CDL A License/3 Months of recent tractor trailer experience required
• Must be willing to obtain hazmat/tanker endorsement within the first 90 days of employment
• Acceptable motor vehicle record
• Stable consistent work history
• Ability to pass drug/background screen
