What you will be doing

• Coaching and elevating your team of Guides to enhance student engagement and academic success through personalized feedback and mentorship.
• Crafting Guide Playbooks with strategic insights and innovative practices to revolutionize learning experiences.
• Inspiring a small cohort of students, transforming each one into an enthusiastic, high-achieving learner.

What you will NOT be doing

• Creating mundane lesson plans. Instead, you'll be empowering Guides to facilitate dynamic learning through adaptive apps and enrichment activities.
• Compromising on excellence. You will uphold our high standards and challenge students to surpass them.
• Conducting monotonous training sessions. Your coaching will be lively, engaging, and highly interactive.

Candidate Requirements

• A college degree in any field
• Proven success in mentoring teams to achieve top-tier performance
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience working with children and teens (ages 5-18) to foster growth and achievement
• Legal authorization to work in the US without visa sponsorship
• Commitment to working in-person in Austin, TX
