Join Our Team as a Junior Graphic Designer!
This is a full-time, on-site position based at our Glen Burnie, MD office. The role requires regular in-person attendance during standard business hours.
Are you passionate about design and ready to showcase your creativity? R.E. Michel Company is searching for a dynamic Junior Graphic Designer to contribute to the layout, design, and production of our industry-leading catalogs and promotional projects.
What You'll Do:
Design and layout catalog pages using Adobe InDesign
Integrate typography, photography, and graphic elements with Photoshop/Illustrator
Manage product databases for both print and web catalogs
Create XML templates for print publications
Collaborate with vendors, printers, and internal teams to ensure high-quality work
Work with Technical Service Advisors to ensure accuracy of technical content
Prepare all files for print and assist in promotional material designs
What We're Looking For:
Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and the Adobe Graphic Suite
1 year of experience in graphic design and page layout
Familiarity with XML
Graduate of a certificate program in design or enrolled in an accredited design program
Creative mindset and a keen eye for detail
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines
