We are looking for a detail-oriented entry-level Accountant to join our team in Novi, Michigan. Responsibilities:• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
• Proficiency in preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledger accounts.
• Strong understanding of account reconciliations and month-end closing processes.
• Familiarity with audit procedures and the preparation of relevant documentation.
• Knowledge of job costing and Work-In-Progress (WIP) analysis a plus
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
