Job Description

Seeking an interventional/general radiologist for an established mid-sized subspecialty practice in upstate New York. Looking to fill a full-time, on-site, partnership track opening.

Join our current interventional team with three other interventional radiologists and physician assistant. Additional rotations include a mix of other modalities. Weekday and weekend call is split within the section.

Park Avenue Associates in Radiology, P.C. (PAAR) provides exclusive radiology services for four hospitals and multiple clinics in partnership with United Health Services Hospitals, Inc., UHS facilities include a regional level II trauma center and stroke center. PAAR owns and operates several imaging centers with MRI and co-owns and operates a PET/CT imaging center. Group members can obtain a clinical appointment to the Clinical Campus of SUNY Upstate Medical University and can become involved with several UHS residency and fellowship programs, if desired.

The greater Binghamton area is home to Binghamton University. Family-friendly, safe, and affordable community with good schools and minimal commute. Location is within a comfortable drive to NYC and Philadelphia. A regional airport makes distant travel easy.

Compensation package includes:

  • First year salary $850K then competitive salary with productivity incentive for following years (average partner salary: $850K+; average IR physician salary: $950k)
  • Sign on bonus of $100K
  • 10 weeks of vacation
  • Comprehensive benefits package which includes:
    • Fully funded retirement plan ($70K for 2025)

    • Generous CME allowance of $12K per year
