Northside Hospital is seeking a primary care provider to join our Milton office in North Metro Atlanta. The ideal candidate will be full-time (office-based) and possess a strong commitment towards providing high quality care.

Education, Training, & Experience

1. MD/DO
2. BC/BE Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
3. Active or ability to obtain an active medical license in the state of Georgia
