Job Description

Summary:
We're looking for someone to join our Instructional Design team who is creative with a passion for developing interactive and engaging eLearning and instructor led experiences.


Daily responsibilities:

• Collaborate effectively within the team and subject matter experts to define learning objectives and deliverables.
• Perform needs analysis and evaluate existing content to identify the most appropriate content enhancements to support the audience and learning objectives.
• Design and develop content using Instructional Design best practices that engages learners with each other and with the content through interactivity and gamification.
• Be open to feedback throughout the design process to ensure that deliverables meet the team's high bar.

Top three required technical skills:

• Expert level Adobe Premiere and After Effects Experience
• Instructional Design experience w/ a focus on Articulate and Storyline and Articulate Rise
• Experience with Vyond Animation software

Three Skills that that are nice to have

• Work with Onboarding processes in other environments - knowledge of Client is a big plus
• Experience working w/ Gamification, working with interaction are big pluses here
• Knowledge of and familiarity working closely with multiple cultures/localities/languages - specifically in the EU

Compensation:
The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
