What to ask candidates

• Why do you want to work for a startup?
• Ask about scope of impact, what was difficult about the project, why difficult, and what was done to ensure this was successful.
• Can the candidate be on-site? If not, is the candidate willing to relocate?
• Do they have a Github, portfolio or website url?
• What is their salary expectation?
• How actively are they recruiting?
