The Information Security Group, within ITG has an opening for an Information Security Analyst II, who will work on Identity Access Management (IAM) initiatives.As one of our IAM Security Analysts, you’ll protect us from access related risk by enabling the right access to the right people at the right time. Your insight will help mitigate risk by using data to influence change in our organization. By examining our systems and procedures, you’ll assist us in uncover ing potential risks as we evolve, simplify and accelerate. Our compliant and continuous process improvements need your perspective and input.

• Partner and collaborate with Business and IT groups to ensure IAM controls are implemented and compliant.

• Drive Customer Experience excellence in IAM Operations and Service delivery.

• Participates in IAM automation and Data analytic initiatives using AI/ML and process improvements to enhance our controls.

• Through collaboration with internal, and external stakeholders, leverage IAM operational and governance risk reporting ( eg. SLA/KPI’s) to derive insights to meet IAM controls and protect Capital Group’s data.

• Communicate on a regular basis to IAM management relating to IAM r isk i ssues, Operational performance and Business/IT initiatives.

Qualifications :

• 2 + years’ experience in a n analyst role within I AM / Risk Security related function

• Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with IAM Leadership and Business groups

• Ability to provide appropriate solutions usingtechnical depth in risk and data to be able to analyze large and complex data sets.

• Experience implementing or utilizing Identity and Access Management frameworks ( e.g. NIST*)

• Technology ( AWS Cloud , CISSP, PowerBI , CoPilot , GenAI , Snowflake etc. ) a plus.

San Antonio Base Salary Range: $81,249-$129,998

Orange County Base Salary Range: $98,869-$158,190

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
