Job Description

Environex, a leader in industrial emissions control technology, is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and outgoing entry-to-mid-level Industry Marketing Specialist to grow with our tight-knit team in our Malvern PA office. 

The successful candidate will have an industrial/technical background with a keen interest in business development, as you will provide support vital to growing our business and helping our customers operate their facilities reliably and responsibly. Your contributions will be visible in this opportunity-rich environment. This position reports to the Marketing Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support marketing activities and customer relationship-

building·

• Assist with lead generation and development to drive

business growth

• May require periodic travel to support conference and trade

show events (up to 15%)

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Help with customer outreach and marketing campaigns (calls,

emails, LinkedIn, etc.)

• Update and maintain Customer Relationship Management

(CRM) database

• Assist in creating and updating digital and print marketing

materials

• Craft Website and Social Media updates to promote company

events and thought leadership

• Draft standardized price quote responses
• Manage logistics for conference and trade show vendor fairs
• Track, organize, and report website traffic data and

collaborate with the Marketing Director to strategize and

implement site improvements

• Design, select, and source promotional items for

conferences/trade shows and customer events

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: At least one year of B2B experience with industrial

customers (power & utilities, oil & gas, engineering) or other

energy-related industry experience strongly preferred

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in

an industrial environment; a background in engineering or a

related science field is preferred

• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,

Outlook, Teams, etc.)

• CRM system data management experience
• Basic website editing and updating capability; WordPress or

similar experience preferred

• Organized and detail-oriented with an eye for consistency

and accuracy

• Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal,

and listening skills

• Independent and self-motivated with the ability to prioritize

responsibilities

• US citizen with the ability to commute to Malvern, PA 19355
• Graphic design experience – Adobe Creative Suite or

equivalent

• Google Analytics (GA4) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

experience are desired
