This is a full-time, on-site role at our buzzing HQ in downtown Louisville, KY.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Bar CartDesign: Spearhead the product development process for custom luxury carts, from initial concept to polished execution, aligning seamlessly with our brand’s sophisticated aesthetic.

New Product Design: Engage in fast-paced design of innovative products for our B2B and DTC channels. You'll join initial concept teams to develop custom products, produced either in-house or internationally—ranging from one-of-a-kind specialty pieces to scaled production runs exceeding one million units.

  • New Product Design: If you love flexing your creative muscles, we're looking for someone to support our design teams on multifaceted projects beyond industrial design, giving you the opportunity to utilize the full Adobe Suite as well as your 3D modeling and rendering skills.

  • Material Expert: Curate and select premium materials and finishes, ensuring every design meets our elevated standards for beauty, durability, and craftsmanship.

  • Collaboration Maestro: Engage closely with artisans, clients, and our internal creative teams to execute projects that consistently exceed expectations.

  • Innovation Driver: Constantly introduce new design perspectives, techniques, and innovations to keep our products ahead of industry trends.

Who You Are:

  • Passionate about design, luxury craftsmanship, and meticulous detail.

  • Experienced in industrial design (3+ years preferred) , particularly in premium, custom product environments.

  • Experience in hospitality (bars, restaurants and hotels) a huge plus as this is our main industry of operation

  • Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, SolidWorks, Rhino, or similar design software.
  • Exceptional communicator who excels both independently and within collaborative teams.

  • Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to evolving project demands.
