We are seeking an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in immigration law and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in preparing and filing immigration petitions and applications
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents
- Communicate with clients and government agencies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Attend client meetings and assist with case strategy
Requirements:Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an immigration paralegal
- Strong knowledge of immigration law and procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research databases
