All Heart Heating & Cooling is currently hiring for a full-time HVAC Service Department Manager to oversee our heating and cooling team in the Lancaster, CA area. This heating and air conditioning management position earns a competitive salary of $60k - $100K plus spiffs and commissions.

DAY-TO-DAY
This heating and air conditioning management position typically works Monday - Friday 7 AM - 4 PM , but must be capable of communicating with the technician and installer teams throughout the day.
As an HVAC Service Department Manager, you are an integral part of our heating and cooling team. You make sure that we only hire the best by leading our hiring team, starting with the recruiting process, and seeing employees through training. Using your superior organizational skills, you manage both the field service techs and the field installation techs. With your can-do attitude and friendly disposition, you encourage our employees to do and be their best.
