AirTech HVAC LLC is looking to hire a full-time HVAC Install Manager to manage all aspects of the company’s installation operations which includes scheduling and dispatching of the crews, coordinating purchasing and delivery of equipment and materials and site visits.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage installation personnel
• Develop and implement operating procedures
• Ensure equipment for jobs is purchased and staged for all installs
• On-site visits to provide instruction and direction
• Conduct weekly meetings to maintain open communication and ensure company goals, policies and safety measures are being adhered to
• Monitor installation vehicles to ensure they are properly stocked and cleaned
• On-board new installers and apprentices
• Participate in new hire interviews and conduct regular evaluations

AirTech HVAC is a well-established second-generation heating and air conditioning company that has been servicing the San Gabriel Valley and surrounding areas since 1988 . We primarily perform residential work with some light commercial work.

Qualifications:

• 10 years of HVAC install experience
• 5 years of HVAC management experience
• Ability to set and manage timeline goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and computer skills
