About the Role:

We’re looking for a dynamic and creative HR Systems & Branding Specialist to join our Global HR team. This role will report directly to the Global HR Director and will be pivotal in shaping our people strategy through innovative systems, high-impact branding, and talent acquisition excellence.

You'll have the opportunity to design and launch learning programs, lead full-cycle recruitment, strengthen our HR infrastructure, and elevate the employee experience — all while building Kolon TissueGene’s reputation as an employer of choice in the biotech space.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

🌟 Core Focus Areas:

• Learning & Development: Build and roll out a learning program that inspires continuous development across the company.
• Recruitment: Lead end-to-end hiring from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate and manager experience.
• Employer Branding: Develop and execute branding strategies across platforms, job fairs, and campaigns to attract top-tier talent.
• Employee Experience: Enhance engagement through onboarding programs, surveys, and employee recognition initiatives.
• Agency Coordination: Serve as the main liaison with external recruiters and staffing agencies.

🧩 System & Strategic Support:

• Strengthen HR operations and systems including talent pipelines, employee referral programs, and background screening processes.
• Deliver compelling HR presentations and insights to senior leadership through data and analytics.
• Support global HR initiatives across recruitment, learning, and engagement strategies.
• Assist with Payroll & Benefits functions as needed in the absence of a dedicated specialist.

🎓 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, and/or learning programs.
• Strong grasp of recruitment strategy, branding, and engagement best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience in biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and organizational skills.
• Energetic, service-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
