Job Description:

• Seeking a Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring for clinical, allied health, and other assigned roles.
• This position partners closely with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates efficiently.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned requisitions.
• Partner with hiring managers on strategy, updates, and candidate selection.
• Source active & passive candidates using various platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews.
• Coordinate job postings, job fairs, and recruitment events.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and status updates in ATS.
• Prepare and negotiate job offers.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
