The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public sector healthcare, medical research compliance, and technical project management. Key Responsibilities: Manage multiple complex IT projects across all phases: origination, initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closeout Utilize project management tools (including MS Project) to document project plans, risk and issue tracking, testing and implementation plans, and quality control Coordinate progress on large-scale technical projects (5,000+ users / $500K+ budget), involving cross-functional teams Perform detailed business process analysis and develop business requirements, use cases, and workflow documentation Facilitate communication across technical teams, business units, and executive stakeholders Prepare regular progress reports and executive-level updates Required Qualifications: 7+ years managing complex IT projects through full lifecycle 7+ years using project management tools to document and track project progress 7+ years coordinating large-scale technical projects involving multiple teams 7+ years conducting business process analysis and producing formal documentation 7+ years managing stakeholder communication, including executive reporting 4+ years working in the Public Sector with healthcare data subject to HIPAA; supporting operations such as accreditation, HR, and finance 4+ years experience in the Higher Education Sector on projects involving medical research under HHS and/or NIH compliance To Apply: Submit your resume by June 4, 2025 for immediate consideration.
