Job Title: HDL Aircraft Painter

Schedule: 4/10 (Mon-Thu | 2nd shift)

Job Description:

The HDL Aircraft Painter is responsible for the brush and spray application of paint, primers, chemical strippers, etc on aircraft surfaces, parts, details, and sub-assemblies, etc. This position is responsible for but not limited to painting, stripping, and mixing of paints and chemicals required for the job. Painters at all levels are expected to perform work at increasing levels of skill and complexity as they gain experience. 

Essential Functions:

• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance
• Ability to use tools, materials, instruments, machines, and equipment necessary to perform duties.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area by cleaning throughout the job process and following safety procedures

• Demonstrated ability to read and write English

• Ability to train and develop team members for continued success

Qualifications:

• High School education and minimum of four (4) years of prior revelant experience
• Must be a U.S. citizen

Preferred Additional Skills:

• Active Secret security clearance
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills
