WeatherSeal Home Services is a trusted provider of high-quality home improvement solutions, including roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, and more. We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to join our team and assist homeowners with various exterior home maintenance and repair tasks.

Job Summary:

The Handyman will be responsible for performing a variety of exterior home repair and improvement tasks, such as fixing leaky faucets, repairing siding/roofing, sealing windows, and handling general maintenance requests. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and experienced in home repair and improvement services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform minor plumbing repairs such as fixing leaky faucets and outdoor spigots.
• Drywall Work
• Repair and maintain exterior home features, including siding, doors, windows, and decks.
• Seal windows and doors to improve energy efficiency.
• Conduct general home maintenance tasks, including power washing and gutter cleaning.
• Inspect and diagnose issues, providing cost-effective repair solutions.
• Use a variety of tools and materials to complete projects efficiently.
• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and meets quality standards.

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience as a handyman, maintenance worker, or in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of home repair techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials as needed.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and exterior home maintenance.

Ability to Relocate:

• Pittsburgh, PA 15205: Relocate before starting work (Required)
