A top-tier university is seeking a Graduate Admissions Coordinator to support their MBA admissions team during a high-volume admissions cycle. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain experience in a prestigious academic setting while working with a collaborative and high-performing team.

Res ponsibilities:

1. Review and process applications for graduate business programs
2. Respond to prospective student inquiries via email, phone, and in person
3. Host information sessions and assist with on-campus admissions events
4. Maintain accurate applicant data and records
5. Provide general administrative support to the admissions office

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Prior experience in graduate admissions or a higher education setting
2. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities independently
