Position Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure accurate BIM/VDC modeling
- Implement clash detection and resolution strategies
- Develop and maintain BIM content libraries
- Provide technical support and training for team members on BIM/VDC software
Position Essential Job Functions:
- Basic ability to interpret blueprints, schematic drawings, and specifications
- Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks, and Microsoft Office
- Understanding of Plumbing and Mechanical building codes
- Ensure compliance with safety laws and regulations
Skills:
- Expertise in BIM/VDC coordination
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, NavisWorks, and Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of Plumbing and Mechanical building codes
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
