We’re looking for a General Manager who can lead with heart, hustle, and strategic insight as we continue to evolve and grow.

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a General Manager of a restaurant
• Proven success in fast-casual or high-volume environments
• A passion for hospitality and guest experience
• An upbeat, energetic, and approachable personality
• Strong leadership, team-building, and coaching skills
• Highly organized, proactive, and attentive to detail
• Ability to multi-task and make quick, confident decisions under pressure
• A positive attitude with a sense of humor and humility
• Comfortable with modern restaurant systems (POS, scheduling, inventory, payroll, etc.)

You Will Be Responsible For:

• Leading daily operations with a hands-on, service-first approach
• Maintaining and elevating guest satisfaction and food quality standards
• Overseeing front-of-house hiring, training, and performance management
• Managing labor, food costs, and overall P&L accountability
• Creating a culture of accountability, respect, and fun
• Handling ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
• Overseeing office administration (invoicing, scheduling, payroll, and compliance)
• Ensuring health, safety, and sanitation standards are always met
• Collaborating with ownership and kitchen management to meet brand and business goals
• Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
