This position supports department operations for St. Mary’s Health System’s development office and provides executive administrative support for St. Mary’s Executive Director of Philanthropy.
\n\nThe ideal candidate enhances the Foundation’s ability to serve our donors, maintain accurate and useful data, and improve our ability to use data in decision-making. Actively supports the Foundation team in building relationships, administering the charitable funds entrusted to us, and raising additional funds. To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate must be flexible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and provide exceptional support. The ideal candidate will be a positive, kind, and professional role model in the organization and have a reputation for problem-solving and troubleshooting in an evolving business environment. Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information and to use considerable tact and diplomacy in interactions with staff, internal leadership, board members, major donors, prospective donors, sponsors, volunteers, and external partners. Successful candidates must be deadline-driven and can multitask in a high-pressure environment with competing priorities.
