Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate patient care, assessments, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
• Collaborate with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Provide empathetic care for patients throughout all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Demonstrate competency and utilize comprehensive nursing expertise.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA) is required; a Bachelor’s Degree in nursing is preferred.
• An unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing where you practice, or multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Required department-specific competencies and certifications.
