This is a 100% commission based opportunity for experienced brokerage agents with an existing book of business or prior experience. Lionsgate provides all the needed back-office support and infrastructure such as TMS, CRM, Load-boards, Tracking, Email, Phone, Etc. We don't require credit applications for customer setup, we do a simple credit check. Accounting is handled by back-office.
Settlements are paid weekly on Fridays on shipments invoiced by Thursday Noon CST.
Compensation schedule is as follows: Freight Brokers earn 60% of gross profit commission on every shipment they book that is confirmed delivered and invoiced. Freight Brokers earn a bonus of 5% on the first 3 shipments for any newly acquired account. Freight Brokers that surpass $10,000 in gross profit in any given month earn a bonus of 5%(total=65%). Freight Brokers that surpass $15,000 in gross profit in any given month earn a bonus of 10%(total=70%). Freight Brokers that surpass $25,000 in gross profit in any given month earn a bonus of 15%(total=75%). All bonuses will be paid at the end of each month. We also conduct monthly incentive promotions for new accounts, prospecting, etc.
