Job Summary: This position is a paid internship/co-op for a college student currently working towards a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or other related field. The duration of this internship is expected to be between June to August 2025. This position will provide entry level support to the Mueller Water Products corporate Finance department and its user community. Atlanta, GA. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY. Internship work and experiences may include any of the below mentioned tasks. Other duties may be assigned as well based on business need or learning opportunities Participate in forecast, monthly/quarterly business reporting, variance analysis, and month-end close activities for the organizations they support Work through cross-functional relationships within the organization and facilitate communication between the functions within finance to ensure accurate and predictive financial information is communicated throughout the organization Understand and report key business unit operating metrics/drivers and measure performance to established metrics Assist in the development of annual operating plans and long-range plans and capital planning processes Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a degree program in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related area. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Well organized with good time management skills.
