A key part of our business involves acting as a biopharma sales force and providing nurses to educate patients and prescribers. We are seeking a Nurse Educator to join our team of over 10,000 global field personnel supporting pharmaceutical and biotech clients. The Nurse Educator role focuses on educating patients living with chronic diseases about their treatments and medications. This involves one-on-one communication via in-person visits, telephone, video, email, and SMS, strictly following program guidelines. Note that this role is purely educational; Nurse Educators do not provide medical advice or clinical services. Responsibilities include: Connecting patients with approved, patient-based resources. Providing education on disease states and medications. Supporting multiple disease states and medications as needed. Promoting behavioral change to improve treatment compliance. Facilitating dialogue between patients and healthcare providers. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and/or BSN preferred. RN licensure in the state of residency; multi-state license if available. Current nursing license in good standing. At least 5 years of clinical healthcare experience (hospital, home health, pharmaceutical, biotech). Experience as a nurse educator is preferred. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus. Valid driver’s license and residency in the designated territory. Knowledge of clinical data and pharmacology. Strong time management, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently, develop plans, and build positive relationships. Dedicated home workspace, proficiency in MS Office and iPad technology. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and travel up to 70-80%. Compliance with client vaccination requirements may be necessary.
