Location: White Marsh, Maryland

Schedule: Full-Time, 5 Days a Week

Job Summary:

As a FedEx Ground Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of packages to our valued customers. Operating a delivery vehicle, navigating assigned routes, and providing exceptional customer service are key aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a delivery van complying with all traffic rules and regulations.
• Load and arrange packages in the vehicle to prevent damage.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes.
• Verify and scan packages accurately before departure and upon delivery.
• Provide outstanding customer service and maintain positive relationships.
• Report any issues promptly to management.
• Follow company policies and procedures at all times.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance and report any mechanical issues.

Qualifications:

• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Previous delivery driving experience is a plus.
• Strong navigation skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must pass background checks and drug screening.

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor work with physical demands.
• Schedule may include weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift packages up to 70 lbs.
