Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Supervises lot attendant, drivers, and detailers.
  • Coordinates and manages daily schedules of drivers and detailers.
  • Coordinates with all dealership personnel to coordinate prepping inventory for sale through dealership software.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate company drivers on inventory pickups/drop-offs.
  • Coordinate company detailers and ensures all vehicles meet company standards.
  • Coordinate company photographer for cars to be ready and detailed when needed.
  • Determine repair needs and order parts, as needed. Coordinate with CEO to facilitate repair process in timely and efficient manner.
  • Oversees reconditioning process/software and ensures all vehicles are assigned a plan and subsequently progress through reconditioning process to prep for sale in timely and efficient manner. Communicates with CEO on open items and tasks related to prepping inventory for sale.
  • Manage physical inventory and maintains organized log of location of vehicles at offsite storage lots, repairs shops, or auction sites.
  • Maintains key system for offsite storage lots in organized manner.
  • Creates daily plan for following day and sends to CEO for review and approval.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent management skills with a proven ability to motivate others.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software and technology.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must have valid Driver's License.
  • 2+ years of experience in automotive related industry, inventory management, and/or logistics.
