The Opportunity:

  • This is a highly consultative, client-facing career path where you’ll develop deep expertise in executive talent, software, and private equity. For the right candidate, this role offers rapid advancement opportunities in a growing firm.

Associate Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Leadership Team and Partners to support and execute high-priority executive searches
  • Conduct rigorous market research and build candidate pipelines, utilizing internal and external databases
  • Assist with the development of search strategy, identify and attract candidates, and create client deliverables
  • Manage multiple client engagements and research processes at once
  • Identify creative solutions to search assignments
  • Contact and conduct thorough interviews with prospective executive candidates
  • Consistently and proactively communicate and collaborate as a consultative partner to recruiters and clients, contributing insights and recommendations throughout the search process

Associate Qualifications:

  • Executive Search / Recruiting – Prior experience in executive search, recruiting, or sourcing is strongly preferred
  • Consulting, Sales, or Professional Services – Candidates with highly consultative, client-facing experience in management consulting, professional services, or B2B sales are also encouraged to apply
  • Bachelor’s degree required, with 2–4 years of relevant professional experience
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Track record of exceeding expectations and returning strong results both personally and academically/professionally
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding expectations and delivering results

Location: Austin (Hybrid) or Dallas (Remote)

  • Our team is headquartered in Austin, TX, and this role follows a hybrid schedule with three in-office days each week. For candidates located in the Dallas area, we’re open to a fully remote role.
