About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Prospect Management and Development Research and Analysis to play a pivotal role in the preparation of a major philanthropic campaign. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of a modern prospect management and analytics function, with a focus on translating research and data into effective strategies for driving major and principal gift results. This role involves building and leading a high-performing team, establishing best practices, and optimizing the donor lifecycle.
