About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its innovative, peer-to-peer health education model. The successful candidate will be a strategic leader with a strong connection to the local philanthropic community, particularly in South Florida. This role is pivotal in ensuring the organization's health, sustainability, and continued impact. The Executive Director will be responsible for the overall performance of the organization, leading the development and implementation of a multi-year strategic plan, and fostering a mission-driven internal culture. Key duties include aligning departmental strategies with the company's mission, leading regional expansion efforts, and serving as a key ambassador to various stakeholders. The role also involves leading a comprehensive fundraising strategy, managing budgets, and ensuring strong governance practices in partnership with the Board of Directors. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and a proven track record in executive nonprofit leadership, with at least 5 years' experience in a national nonprofit organization. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in fundraising across multiple streams and possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
