Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and proactive Event Staff to join our dynamic team. You will play a vital role in planning, executing, and managing a variety of events that cater to diverse audiences. Responsibilities Assist in the setup and breakdown of event spaces including stages, seating, and decor. Provide exceptional customer service to guests, attendees, and clients throughout events. Ensure that the event runs smoothly by following schedules and timelines as outlined by event coordinators. Assist with registration and check-in processes, ensuring a welcoming experience for all attendees. Monitor event activities and provide support to volunteers and other staff as needed during events. Handle logistical tasks including the distribution of materials, supplies, and information to staff and guests. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in event planning or hospitality preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with clients, attendees, and staff. Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances on the fly. Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and ability to multitask. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
