We are seeking a dedicated and personable Client Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships, address client needs, and ensure the delivery of exceptional service, all while contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main liaison between clients and the company, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs.
- Provide outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present reports on client performance, feedback, and potential areas for growth.
- Assist in onboarding new clients, guiding them through initial processes and setting expectations.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights to clients.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field preferred, but not required. 
- Previous experience in client services, account management, or a related role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
