We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Electrical Assistant Project Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex and challenging commercial projects, where you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, management, and execution of all aspects of electrical engineering. Responsibilities:

As an Electrical Assistant Project Manager, you will be expected to:

1. Assist in the planning and execution of electrical engineering projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Collaborate with project engineers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure all project requirements are met.
3. Prepare and review submittals, project plans, specifications, and other technical documents.
4. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement effective solutions.
5. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
6. Provide technical support and guidance to the project team, helping to resolve any issues that may arise.
7. Conduct regular project meetings, providing updates on project status, and discussing any changes or adjustments that may be needed.
8. Maintain detailed project documentation, including records of all project activities, decisions, and changes.
9. Continuously evaluate project performance, using feedback to drive improvements in efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the role of Electrical Assistant Project Manager, you should have:

1. A minimum of 1 years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on commercial projects.
2. Proven experience as a project engineer, with a strong understanding of project management principles and practices.
3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and standards.
4. Experience preparing and reviewing submittals, project plans, and other technical documents.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
7. A commitment to safety, with a thorough understanding of safety regulations and industry standards.
8. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
