In this role, you will use your sourcing expertise to research passive legal candidates and build robust pipelines to support our growing legal hiring needs. You will collaborate closely with our legal recruiting team to develop and execute on creative sourcing strategies. You will also manage candidates through The end-to-end recruitment process, providing a white-glove experience. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in legal recruiting, either in-house, at a law firm, or at a recruiting agency.
