Job Description

Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Document Control Administrator II for their Houston, TX location.

Responsibilities

• Integrate P66 acquired asset discipline CAD drawings using Falcon DMS software and MS Explorer as per drawing management standards.
• Continuously monitor the input of all drawings into Falcon DMS to maintain archived files.
• Enable efficient tracking, updating and version control of approved drawings and their status.
• Support integration with green field projects during final drawing handover phases.
• Ensure EPC contractor's DMS's are compliant with P66 drawing management requirements.
• Provide efficient, secure and appropriate access to drawing and previous revisions.
• Manage the process to control the quality and review cycle of work packs, documents, records and procedures.
• Revise heritage integration drawing names as required for Falcon DMS archiving and company policy.
• Revise native CAD files for re-branding and title updates under supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 5 or more years of experience in a business environment related to engineering drawing management such as electronic file storage, revisioning, and file check-in/out procedures
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Proficient with electronic data management systems and document imaging
• Experience with various proprietary Electronic Document Control and computing systems
• Bachelors degree
• Entry level AutoCAD Experience
• 3-5 years documentation experience with maybe 1 year of AutoCAD or related software experience.
• Our requirement is for transferring AutoCAD files into Falcon DMS with minor revisions to drawing titles.
