Position Summary :
The Director of Learning & Organizational Development will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that improve organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and support leadership & employee development. This role will collaborate with the CHRO, Sr. HRBP Team, and senior leaders across the organization to identify and address organizational challenges and opportunities, ensuring alignment with loanDepot's strategic goals.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this role is between $125,000 and $175,000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors, including your job-related knowledge/skills, qualifications, experience, and market location. This position is bonus eligible.
