Title: Director of Creative Operations Project Management Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Hybrid) Duration: Direct Hire Compensation: Market Rate Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US Job Description: Lead the creative management, project management, and technical operations team within our in-house creative services organization, including third-party vendors. Ensure on-time, efficient execution and seamless delivery of all creative design from marketing brief to final output. Manage the implementation and compliance of Creative Services Department software, Digital Asset Management (DAM), WorkFront, and related systems. Define and optimize workflows, processes, and KPIs to monitor utilization, capacity, volume, and velocity of the creative/marketing team. Provide project management support to deliver quality creative and production in a large digital marketing environment, aligning with strategic business goals. Oversee workflow, project milestones, and image accuracy across various marketing channels. Coordinate detailed project plans, assign tasks, and maintain efficient workflows. Input project details into systems and ensure timely updates. Develop operational standards, quality assurance protocols, and ensure excellence in color and fit, project flow, and milestone management. Maintain high performance and accountability in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Build strong relationships with internal and external partners, senior leaders, and stakeholders to ensure clear forecasting and seamless execution. Explore and implement best-in-class solutions within budget, maintaining and updating technology to maximize efficiency. Improve workflows by analyzing processes, inputs, and outputs. Implement new technology and tools to support project management. Motivate cross-functional teams and direct reports to collaborate effectively and meet deliverables. Structure ambiguous problems, analyze complex processes, synthesize data, and drive insights and solutions. Qualifications: Deep understanding of online retail, integrated marketing, creative processes, and digital asset delivery. Executive presence and ability to build trust with leadership; influence senior stakeholders. Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills. Comfortable working in group settings. Adaptability to new strategies, processes, and communication platforms with a positive attitude. Continuous improvement mindset and structured problem-solving skills. Experience leading solutions in fast-paced environments. Data-driven decision-making and high agility. Attention to detail with big-picture thinking. Budget management experience. Strong multitasking skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure. 8+ years of experience in marketing, creative, or operations roles. Experience leading and building teams in US and global markets. Strategic thinking and solutions-oriented approach for efficiency improvements. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, collaborative mindset. BS/BA degree in Communication, Project Management, Technology, or Creative Field.
