Rowe Ford Westbrook is GROWING!!! We are preparing for the opening of our brand new, state of the art, Ford Pro Elite Commercial Facility! We will be almost TRIPLING the scope of our production. As a result of this MASSIVE GROWTH, we are currently looking to hire experienced Diesel Mechanics / Commercial Vehicle Technicians. Ford Diesel experience / certification is a PLUS! PREVIOUS DIESEL / COMMERCIAL VEHICLE AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED! Other OEM / ASE Diesel Certified Technicians are STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY!

We are looking for EXPERIENCED, CAREER-MINDED individuals ONLY. We are offering top pay ($100K - $150K+), a guaranteed salary pay plan is available, as well as guaranteed hours, potential sign-on bonus / relocation assistance, potential 4 day workweek and a comprehensive benefits package. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Diagnose cause of any malfunction and perform repair.
Communicate with parts department to obtain needed parts.
Perform Video MPI walk-arounds
Save and tag parts if the job is under warranty or if requested by the customer.
Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required
Notify service advisor immediately if additional work outlined is not needed or required.
Notify service advisor immediately if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised.
Document work performed.
Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations, such as those governing the disposal of hazardous wastes.
Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.

Requirements

Ford Diesel Automotive Service Technician Experience is a PLUS
Previous Diesel / Commercial Vehicle Auto Tech Experience is REQUIRED
OEM Certs / ASE Certification are also a PLUS
Integrity, A Positive Attitude And A Strong Work Ethic Required
