Dentologie dental group in Chicago, IL is seeking a full-time Dental Lab Technician to be seated at our West Loop and Streeterville practice(s) .  As a Dental Lab Technician, you will be directly responsible for supporting Dentologie patient needs via running dental equipment that produces same day dental crowns (and night-guards) in-office.

Location: West Loop and Streeterville practice(s).

Schedule : 40 hours/week 

Responsibilities:

1. Design/milling all 3d printed/non-digital materials used in the offices (i.e. crowns, retainers, night-guards, etc).
2. Maintenance/upkeep of equipment used in conjunction with the above (including digital scanners).
3. Be able to work in environments where time pressures aren't a problem.
4. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and maintain organized and clean work area.
5. Responsible for the organization, prioritizing and planning of daily workload.
6. Be able to work professionally and in tandem with vendors, dentists, and assistants.
7. Be able to do printing in one location but design of crowns will be applicable to all locations for all providers.
8. Understand dental terminology and be able to converse with providers utilizing terminology.

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Exemplifying Professionalism, Positivity & Personality!
• At least 1 year experience of dental tech/lab background.
• Prefer to have CAD/CAM experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with employees and external vendors.
• Technology savvy.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
