About The Role

As an Entry Level Maintenance Technician, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities is crucial. You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and contributing to a safe and efficient work environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity for personal and professional growth.

Shift Details: Enjoy work-life balance with our Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm CT

What You'll Do

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on various equipment and systems
  
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly and effectively
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency
  
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of maintenance activities
  

What You'll Bring

Critical Qualifications:

• Minimum of 0-1 years' experience in a facility role required; preferably in an office setting
  
• Some knowledge of voltage and AC/DC circuitry and troubleshooting
  
• Some knowledge of electrical schematics
  
• Some knowledge of aligning bearings, shafts, and drives
  
• Some knowledge of tension, belts, and chains.
  

Physical Requirements:

• Moderate physical activity, performing somewhat strenuous daily activities of a primarily administrative nature.
  
• Some exposure to outdoor weather conditions, including rain, sun, snow, and wind.
  
• Manual dexterity sufficient to reach/handle items and work with the fingers.
  
• Vision abilities include close, peripheral, depth, and color vision.
  

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Knowledge of building maintenance, repair, and custodial practices preferred.
